About Tantra philosophy by AV.

Tantra philosophy teaches integration of head and heart. The faculties of the intellect are discrimination and concentration, and those of the heart are love and compassion. Tantra is the original spiritual science first taught in India more than 7000 years ago. Tan is a Sanskrit root which signifies, “expansion”, and Tra signifies “liberation”. Thus, Tantra is the practice which elevates human beings in a process in which their minds are expanded. Tantra has two aspects, right-handed and left-handed. Generally speaking, when the word tantra is used, it is in reference to left-handed tantra. Tantra and yoga is practiced in a seated position. The mind and the heart are disciplined and brought under control through the purifying of undisciplined thoughts and desires. Tantra does not require adherence to any particular religious beliefs, dogma, or rituals and rejects all forms of prejudice. Authentic tantra is a deep, subtle, spiritual practice in which adherents learn to use sensuality and breathing exercises to become completely present to reality, with an open heart, in order to simultaneously experience a greatly expanded state of love-based consciousness. Tantra’s economy underwent a catastrophe and eventually led to the abandonment of gamers. But this is not the entire reason I believe. Tantra yoga involves the culminating of all different sciences and uses these sciences as a means of realizing the highest ideals of philosophy in daily life. Overall awareness in terms of all states of consciousness is expanded. Tantra power had miserably failed. Tantriks are creating such a scaring atmosphere that even people, who know that black magic has no base, can just break down out of fear, commented a scientist during the program. Tantra is a 6000-year-old spiritual system that actually pre-dates both Buddhism and Hinduism, and which has had an influence on both major world religions. It is one of the few religious systems which does not shun the physical body and its pleasures, but rather sees physical pleasure as an avenue by which an individual can arrive at spiritual understanding and gratification. Tantra is more than bedroom gymnastics. Though we tend to sleepwalk through life, we long to awaken! Tantra refers to practical knowlege, how to attain to Transcendence. The third refers to Experiential Knowledge which is the state of the Self.
